Almost 2, Party Time!

Sunday Nolan celebrated his 2nd birthday a few days early with a big party at our house.  Lots of family were able to make it and Nolan had a great day so it was a huge success.  Nolan was spoiled with all kinds of presents and lots of loving too.
Sunday morning before the guests arrived.  The day started out questionable for him but after his nap he was in a good mood!
Playing basketball outside.  Both grandpas were able to walk the next day even after both ended up on the ground. The team of Seth, Grandpa Brad aka "Old Man" and Grandpa Dennis beat the team on Nathan, Uncle Jon and Dad thanks in part to the shooting display put on by Seth and his right hand running layup from 10 feet.

All the grandparents with Nolan.
All of Nolan's great grandparents were able to come to the party!
Great Grandpa Ron sitting at the kids table!  We had brats, hot dogs, burgers, beans, coleslaw, chips, relish tray and fruit
Nolan flashing the 2 years old gang sign in front of his train cake.  He had a Skittles and Butterfinger train car made by mom.  We also had cupcakes.
Mom and Dad blowing out the candle.

Nolan was excited opening gifts.  He liked the pictures from the Aljets kids in this picture.  Nolan is in his stander.  We were able to work in some therapy along with the gift opening.  It also freed up Mom and Dad to handle all the gifts.

Dad reading Nolan his card.

Dad's cousin Dawson was a great helper opening gifts. He was also the official toy tester!

The girls piled in the chair to watch gift opening.

All the kids after opening gifts. (Too many cameras to look at so that's why everyone is looking all over)
