Easter morning we headed to church to have breakfast before the service. We ran into some of our friends, it was good to catch up with them. After the breakfast we headed upstairs for the church service, "He has Risen, He has Risen Indeed!" After church Grandma and Grandpa Kruse came over to watch the boys search for eggs and then get Easter baskets. It was sunny outside but the wind was pretty chilly so Nolan didn't get to stay outside for the entire hunt. Landon started to get the hang of the hunt by the end and was scouring the grass for the eggs. We headed inside after he found all of them to see if the Easter Bunny left them some baskets, and of course he did. Around 11:15 we loaded up the van and went to Eric and Ellen's house for Easter dinner with the Lantz family. After dinner we Grandma Marjean organized an egg hunt outside for all the kids. It was still a bit chilly outside but was warming up. Landon went after the eggs but sometimes got sidetracked by a leaf blowing in front of him or the cats that were wondering around outside, he really likes the cats at Eric and Ellen's house. Nolan stayed inside with a lot of the men during the egg hunts because he was still tired and it was too windy for him. It was a fun day with lots of family and when we headed home the boys were tired and so were Mom and Dad!
