Caleb and Landon chased each other around and around. Caleb loves to copy everything Landon does. They are going to be great buds as they grow up.
Cousins being cheesy! :)
Sunday morning Mommy got the boys dressed up in their farm snap shirts to go to the Harvest meal. Before we left for the meal Landon and Mommy went to church. Landon loves to share the peace in church and shake everyone's hands. He usually does this with Grandma Mary Jo, but she wasn't in church that morning so Mommy picked him up to take him around and he wanted to do it "all by myself". So, he walked down the aisle at church "all by myself" and walked up to everyone and shook their hands. If they didn't see him he would tug on their arm or leg to make sure they saw him and then he would put his hand out to shake. It was the cutest thing ever and everyone loved it.
Nolan was excited to get out of the house that morning!
Mommy and Landon went to church before we headed out to the meal.
Nolan was so happy until Landon had to get in the picture too. The 3 farmers!
The men at the meal discussing another year in the books!
Nolan joined into the conversation as well.
Caleb was keeping us entertained with the playing "beautiful" music!
Landon showing Ellen all the leaves outside blowing around, it was a really windy day!
Cousins for life!
Cheese balls!
3 generations work together to harvest, Great Great Uncle Rubert, Daddy, and Great Uncle Eric! Maybe some day Landon or Caleb will be out helping.
The boys were exhausted and eventually passed out after a lot of hard playing!
Another harvest is complete and we are Thankful to have a pretty good year considering the weather. We miss Daddy when he is gone in the field but we know he is doing what he loves. We also love that he gets to work with family that are very understanding and help him out when he needs to be away. This winter will go fast and soon it will be time to plant next year's crop. We look forward to many, many more Harvest Meals at Eric and Ellen's house!
