Mabel Ellen Ramthun!

Today, Friday January 30th, Sarah and I went in to the hospital at 5:30 so the baby could be born at 7:30.  It was very nice to make it to the planned date and time, unlike Landon! Everything went great and Mabel Ellen Ramthun was born at 7:32. Mabel Helen was Sarah's grandmas (Mary Jo's mom) name and also my great grandmas (Marjean's grandma, Ruth's mom) name. We have been kicking around the name for 5 years since before we found out Nolan was a boy. She weighed in at 8 lbs 4.7 oz and was 20 1/4 inches long.  She was a screamer for the first 30 minutes but it was nice to hear. Mom and Mabel are doing well and we started to see some visitors. Grandma Marjean and Great Aunt Ellen came up from their downstairs jobs to visit and then Grandpa and Grandma Kruse brought Nolan and Landon to see their new little sister. It has been a nice morning so far. If everything keeps going well Sarah will get out on Monday.
