The weekend of the 13th we had a busy, fun weekend! Saturday morning Landon and Mommy went over to help at Emily's Fight Donate Life 5K. Landon was a big help with Mommy at the finish line before the race started but then he was able to go on the golf cart with his friend Gavin and lead the racers through the course! He had blast cheering on the racers behind him with Gavin and Gavin's mom, Jill. After the race Landon and I went home to get Daddy, Nolan, and Mabel so we could head out to Great Grandma Ruth's house to get some work done. We mowed her yard, picked veggies from the garden, checked on the chickens and ate lunch with Grandma Ruth. It was a fun day out on the farm. Sunday morning we got up and headed to Northwood for Cousin Aubrey's 2nd birthday party! We had to leave Nolan with Grandpa Brad at the last minute because he wasn't feeling well, he had a rough day. Landon and Mabel had a blast at the party with the other kids and we love seeing the Johnson family! :) Sunday night when we got home Nolan still was not feeling well and we figured something was wrong with his leg so Daddy took him over to the ER and we found out he had broken bones just below his knee, not the best way to end a fun weekend.
