We had a busy end of October with Daddy in the field and Halloween. We carved one pumpkin is all this year but the kids painted a lot of the little ones. We carved the pumpkin on a night that Daddy was home from the field. Mabel helped clean it out and Landon designed the face, and Nolan supervised! The kids had a chance to wear their costumes multiples times and so they got good use out of them. Mabel wore hers to library hour, Landon and Nolan wore theirs to school and then Mabel and Landon wore theirs again to the annual Halloween party and they all wore them for trick or treating! It was a pretty cold night on the 31st so we headed out to the trunk or treat and then just went down Grandma and Grandpa Kruse's block. Mabel wasn't scared at all to go up to the houses and Landon enjoyed it as well but he really wanted to get back to hand out candy! It was a fun, busy Halloween!
