The weekend following Nolan's birthday we made a trip to South Dakota to visit Papa 2 and then over to Northwood to celebrate cousin Caleb's birthday! Daddy was busy in the field on Saturday and so Grandma and Grandpa Kruse made the trek to Sioux Falls with Mommy and the 3 kids. Papa 2 wasn't feeling the best yet from a hospital stay but that guy is one strong man. We visited Papa 2 all morning and had lunch with him then we gave him a break from us for a little bit. We went out did a little shopping before going to the hotel to swim! It was a fun little day with Papa2, we enjoyed stories and playing with his toys from when Mommy was little! Sunday morning we got up and Mommy, Landon, and Mabel drove across 90 to Northwood while Grandpa and Grandma Kruse took Nolan back to Manson with him. Nolan got to visit with Papa 2 a little more Sunday morning too.
