On Thursday morning Landon, Mommy, and Grandma got up early and left for Jacksonville Beach, Florida while Alex was at school. We stopped for breakfast at McDonalds and then did a little shopping in Jacksonville while it rained! It was still raining around lunch time so we had an early lunch at 5 Guys and by the time we were done it had stopped raining. We got to the beach around 12:30 and then another storm started to brew up and we had to leave the beach around 1:30. We went to a souvenir shop while it was raining and Landon picked a gift for Nolan and Daddy as well as himself! After the rain the sun was shining bright and we headed back to the beach for another hour and a half. Landon absolutely loved the beach and was playing in the sand, sitting in the water, chasing birds, scaring waves and finding sea shells (that he threw in the water!). Grandma and Mommy had just as much fun soaking in the warm air and watching Landon enjoy himself so much.
