After Great Grandma Ruth's we all headed to the Pomeroy Park to help Kyle (4) and Eve (1) celebrate their birthdays, they both go to Grandma Mary Jo's daycare. Landon and Kyle play together a lot and we hear all about Kyle at our house! This was Landon's first friend birthday party and he had a blast. Nolan enjoyed swinging and sitting with Daddy on the glider. We didn't do a good job of taking pictures but that is mostly because the kids spent most of the time inside the bouncy house!

After the birthday party Daddy and Nolan went home while Landon and Mommy went out to the lake to go boating with Grandma and Grandpa Kruse and Uncle Jon and Aunt Emily. Landon was a little tired by that time and so we didn't stay long. After the boat ride we headed back into Manson to go to Grandma and Grandpa's house for supper and have a fire. Landon loves fires and finding sticks to put in the fire. It was a day full of fun and excitement.
On Sunday morning we go up and Nolan went to spend the day with Grandma Marjean, some good quality one on one time. Landon, Mommy and Daddy were driving to South Dakota for a wedding shower for Mommy's cousin Jason. We left Manson early so we could stop in Spencer at the Clay County Fair for a few hours first. Landon wanted to go straight to the livestock buildings but once we got to the cattle barns he wasn't so sure and started crying in his stroller. So we got him out and then he calmed down and liked looking at all of them. They were getting ready to show the cattle so they were all getting "baths". We looked around at other livestock before making it to the machinery. Landon wanted to get in every combine/tractor and he had to drive, not Daddy! He had fun at the fair but it was time to move on to South Dakota. He again had fun with some of Mommy's cousins and their kids at the party! Another long, fun, exciting day for the little boy that asks questions non-stop!

Landon saw the BIG slide when we entered the park and so before we left Daddy and him went down once. Landon walked all the way to the top by himself too!
They had a blast, Landon was smiling the entire way.
Made it down, SO MUCH FUN!
Had to get some Fair food before we hit the road, a nice BIG corn dog!
