Landon's 4th Birthday Party

Landon's 4th Birthday Party was so much fun, it was actually so much fun that we didn't get a chance to take many pictures, we feel horrible!  Landon chose a Wild Kratts theme this year for his party, he absolutely loves this show on PBS and we watch it at least once a day.  Landon always pretends that he is Chris and Daddy is Martin!  Everyone came to the house for lunch around 11:00, we had one of Landon's favorites, hot dogs!  He wanted hot dogs, fruit, beans, chips, and cake.  To drink he chose Gatorade for everyone, blue, green and red Gatorade.  We ate lunch, sang Happy Birthday, ate cake, and opened presents with a lot of playing in between for the kids!  When the party started to wind down we got everything ready to head to Storm Lake for a night at Kings Pointe full of swimming!  Grandma and Grandpa Kruse, Grandma Ruth, Grandma Marjean, the Kruses, the Johnsons all came with for some fun swimming and then some pizza in the hotel room.  After the pizza everyone went home except for Mommy, Daddy, Landon and Mabel (Nolan got to have a stayover with Braxton at Grandma and Grandpa Kruse's house!)  We stayed overnight at the hotel for some more swimming in the morning!  It was a long, fun day and Landon was so happy, another party success (besides the lack of pictures)!
The Tortuga (from the show) cake!

Table is ready with all the creature power discs!

The kids had a blast at the pool!
Landon was able to go down the big green slide all by himself on Sunday morning, he was so proud of himself!

Enjoying pizza back in the room!
Out for a walk by the lake later that night!
