Saturday, September 12th, we packed up the van to head to Cedar Falls for the Panthers first home game. We met Grandma and Grandpa Kruse, Jon, Emily and Braxton there for some tailgating before the game. It was a chilly morning but it was really nice if you were in the sun. The game started at 1:00 so we had to get there early to tailgate. The kids had a blast outside playing around before the game. Landon was the only one from our family that attended the game, Mabel and Nolan were not feeling like they wanted to attend this game, so Landon went with Uncle Jon and Grandma and Grandpa. Mabel, Nolan, Mom and Dad did some shopping after tailgating before heading back to Manson to watch the second half of the game on TV.
Landon loved the powered sugar donuts!! :)
Everyone hanging out, enjoying the atmosphere.
Mabel's first tailgate would not be complete without a picture with the Panther! Landon was tickling the panthers nose with a feather!
Mabel playing with the football at her own personal little table! :)
Braxton wanted in on some of the football action!
Can you spot a panther in the picture?
Nolan taking care of the two babies!
Grandpa and Grandma with their little Panthers!
Landon playing catch with Uncle Jon and Dad!
Landon and Mabel trying to tackle Daddy!
The Panther family! It has grown over the years!
Nolan letting Mabel sit on his lap with the Panther!
Landon and Grandpa with Cal Twait! Cal is a freshman at UNI from Manson. He got to play in first game that Saturday and did AWESOME! He is a great role model for my kids and Landon thinks he is pretty cool!
