On Sunday, January 31st, we planned on all going to the UNI Panthers game in the afternoon but since Mabel wasn't feeling the best she got to stay home with Grandma Marjean! Daddy, Mommy, Nolan, Landon, Grandma and Grandpa Kruse, Uncle Jon, Aunt Emily, and Cousin Braxton all headed to Cedar Falls to cheer on the Panthers! We did a little shopping at Target before heading to Peppers for lunch before the game. We got to the McLeod Center in time for the starting line up and enjoyed a great game! Landon split time watching the game with different family members, it was so cute listening to him call out which player had the ball! The Panthers played great and beat the Salukis! After the game we went down to the court and waited to watch some of the players come out of the tunnel. Landon was in heaven playing on the sideline and stood in the tunnel! Landon is always pretending at home that he is one of the Panther players (changes all the time) and then comes running out of the tunnel and plays a game of basketball. Landon knows all the players and their numbers and announces them at home too. Braxton enjoyed his first Panther game; Mabel will have to go to her first game sometime next year but she would not have had fun that day!
