On Saturday night we got together with a couple of families from the area, the Passows and the Myers. The Passows have a little girl named Ava that has a lot of special needs like Nolan, she is 2 years old. The Myers also have a little girl named Ava that requires a lot of care like Nolan, she is 3 years old. All the kids underlying issues are different but us as parents deal with a lot of the same day to day stuff. Andrea, Jenni and I communicate a lot online when we have questions or just support each other when we are down so it was really nice to get all of our families together for the first time. Ava Passow was really tired and slept a lot of the night so unfortunately we didn't get a picture of all 3 kids together.
Nolan and Ava Myers were laying on the floor together for a little while and it was so cute. They were talking back and forth together, we couldn't understand them but I think they liked hearing eachother. Once and awhile Nolan would play Mr. Cool and would ignore her and Ava would think that was funny. We will need to get them together more often.
You better watch those two. They might have been planning their next date. Nolan's pretty cool around the girls.
