Panther Family

Saturday, December 14th, we traveled to Cedar Falls to watch the Panthers play VCU.  Mommy has been wanting to get both boys to a game since Landon was born but it hadn't worked out until then.  It was Landon's first Panther basketball game and a 2nd for Nolan, the last one they lost at the very end back on 12/29/2010!  We met Grandma and Grandpa Kruse, Uncle Jon and Aunt Emily over in Cedar Falls for a little pregame warm up at Village Inn before heading to the McLeod Center to cheer on the Panthers.  Landon was so excited for the game, he talked about it all morning and was working on his cheers "U N I Fight"!
When we got to the McLeod Center Grandpa had talked to his "people" and arranged for TC and TK to come up and take pictures with us.  Nolan hasn't been out of the house much since August and this was a big deal for Mommy to have her whole family out at an event together and so it was really nice for Grandpa to arrange that!
Nolan, Mommy, and Daddy sat up top, center court, great seats.  Landon sat with the rest of them just a little further down and to the left.  Landon was cheering non-stop and he would get mad at Grandma if she didn't stand up when Grandpa would stand up and cheer.  Nolan was great the entire game and gave us smiles randomly.  It was a fun day out with our Panther family!
