We had a great Thanksgiving weekend at home and visiting others.
Wednesday night we had pizza and then popcorn and a movie. We watched Planes, thanks to Carolyn and Hunter for letting us borrow it. Then Grandpa Brad, Jon and Emily came over to visit for a while and Landon was all over the place, he was so excited he couldn't sit still. I think he ran 500 laps around the house and then caught ghosts! He is big into ghosts right now, thanks to the other kids at daycare, and says he sees them all the time and we have to catch them or shoot (boom) them!
Daddy and Landon love their popcorn and M&M's!
Uncle Jon reading to Landon, trying to get him to calm down before bed on Wednesday night.
Thursday morning we got ready and went over to Grandma and Grandpa Kruse's house for Thanksgiving. Landon again couldn't wait to leave because he knew Uncle Jon was going to be there, no one else matters when he is around, not even Grandma and Grandpa. Nolan was in such a good mood Thursday morning and had lots of smiles. Nolan chased Landon around the house, with the help of Uncle Jon, and was smiling most of the time, but I didn't get it on camera. :( We had a great meal, lots of good food. Landon loved Aunt Emily's orange salad and that is all he wanted to eat, trying to get bites off other peoples plates! After the meal we were pretty lazy and Landon and Nolan took a nap. It was a fun day spent with family!
Nolan chasing Landon, he almost has him cornered!
He got him! :)
Smiles! "Don't mess with me and Uncle Jon!"

Uncle Jon thought he would give it a shot since we couldn't get it to break!
Landon was insistent on laying in bed watching TV with Uncle Jon and Grandma.
Friday morning Mommy and Daddy did some early morning shopping with Great Grandma Ruth. We found most of the deals that we wanted/needed! Carolyn came over early in the morning to watch Nolan and Landon spent some more time with Grandma and Grandpa Kruse. After us adults were done shopping we stopped at home and picked up both boys to go out to Great Grandma Ruth's house to help her decorate the Christmas tree. Landon wasn't at all interested, he just wanted to play with the toys so Grandma Ruth kept him entertained. Nolan helped us with the decorating a little bit, although he liked just listening to all of us. Grandma Ruth made us lunch and then we headed home for naps! Later that night Landon and Mommy went to Cousin Leah's house to help Abbie celebrate her birthday, she is 9 years old already! It was a long day but we accomplished a lot!
Probably the only ornament Landon put on the tree.

Love!

Saturday we decorated the house for Christmas, but we didn't take any pictures, UGH! Landon again wasn't interested and Nolan liked just laying around! Saturday night the boys had a "stayover" at Grandma and Grandpa Kruse's house while Mommy and Daddy got a full nights sleep - Thank you!
Sunday was a lounge around day until we went to see Santa and ride the horse and buggy, that will be another post.
We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and long weekend. We are Thankful for spending time with family and for all the support that we receive from so many.
