Father's Day 2014

For Father's Day this year we were still in South Dakota for the Isakson Reunion so we celebrated by going to the Falls after the church service.  We decided to have a picnic at the Falls before heading back home to Iowa.  Great Grandpa Arnie (Papa 2) met us there as well so we got to spend the day with 3 of the best dads we know.  The weather looked good when we had the idea but as soon as we sat down and started eating it started down pouring so we had to scatter fast to the shelter house not far away.  We got a little wet and cold but once the rain moved out (didn't take long) the sun was shining and it was beautiful.

After we left the Falls we headed back for Iowa and everyone took a nap, except for Daddy driving, until we made it to LeMars where we stopped for a Father's Day treat at Blue Bunny!

It was so nice outside that we sat on the curb and these two enjoyed their ice cream!

Happy Father's Day Adam, you are an amazing Daddy to our boys and they are pretty lucky to have you help them grow up to be wonderful men!
