Manson Greater Crater Days

Saturday, June 27th, was Manson Greater Crater Days so we had some fun in the morning.  We went to the parade with the Johnson family and Great Grandma Ruth.  Landon and Caleb were unsure about the parade because they knew there would be loud firetrucks but they both did great!  Both of them started with their ears covered but by the time the last firetruck went by they were standing there watching them with unplugged ears!  The kids got lots of candy, a big grocery sack was half full of candy.  They liked watching the tractors and some of the family members that were in the parade.
After the parade we all headed out to Grandma Marjean's house for lunch and an afternoon at the lake.  The weather was perfect so we enjoyed some time in the water and got a boat ride in!
It was a fun day with the Johnsons, Great Grandma Ruth, and Grandma Marjean!
Sunday afternoon Landon and Mommy got to finally go to the swimming pool for some fun in the afternoon.  Landon didn't want to try out the slide yet this year but slowly got braver as the day went on.

Daddy and Landon were pretending they were Sea Lions at the zoo!  We had to throw them fish from the deck!

Checking out the water, he then began to splash and walk all over!
