One night at the beginning of August the boys decided to go fishing at the pond by the Hwy 7 Overpass, Mervin's Pond. They caught a few small blue gills and a perch and had a lot of fun with a turtle.

Landon says he caught a "big bass".....not sure about that one buddy!
There was a turtle swimming around and so Daddy dangled the fish in front of the turtle and the turtle snapped it up! Landon thought that was pretty cool!
